AVERAGE PULP CONCENTRATION REGULATION COMPLEX

Circuit for measuring and controlling pulp concentration in range of 1,5-4.5%. The circuit consists of a sensor measuring the concentration measurement unit, actuator regulating water flow (control ball-valve).

Average pulp concentration regulation complex

Operating principle of sensor based on measuring time passing from top to bottom sensing element, «paddle» placed in the measuring medium. This time is proportional to concentration and is independent of flow rate. After appropriate treatment uniform electrical 4-20 mA is used for control and monitoring system of local concentration loop.
