The POG-2M device is designed to determine the smoothness of paper and cardboard in accordance with GOST 12795-89, ISO 5627-84 (smoothness according to Becky). This method is based on measuring the transit time of a certain volume of air between the surface of the test sample and a polished glass plate while decreasing the vacuum in a vacuum chamber by specified values. The device is equipped with small (38 cm 3) and large (380 cm 3) chambers, which allows the determination of smoothness from small (up to 10 s) to very large values (3600 ° C).
POG-2M
A pneumatic vacuum clamping system is used to clamp the sample. The device is convenient and easy to operate – the operator only needs to set the sample and press the button, all further operations of the device are performed automatically, after which the result is displayed. All specimens must be properly conditioned for accurate and reliable testing.
