Thermal suspension is designed to measure temperatures in a grain embankment. The number of sensors is from 1 to 20, depending on the length of the Thermal suspension and the field of application. Thermal suspension is made in the form of a smooth cable-rope with fastening elements. A load-carrying steel cable with a breaking force of 1.2 tons is placed in the thermal suspension. A loop is placed in the cable-cable cavity, to which temperature sensors are connected – digital transducers manufactured by Dallas Semiconductor.
